Description
Wendy is a qualified and experienced primary/secondary teacher and psychologist. She is registered with both the Queensland College of Teachers and Psychology Board of Australia; and is a current member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
As a university graduate, she was awarded the highest achievement level for graduate teachers and went on to enjoy teaching at both primary and secondary skills. Most recently, Wendy has found her true passion working as a Guidance Officer in the school system. She excels at developing strong and positive relationships with her clients and students, allowing her students to feel confident, empowered and inspired to advocate for themselves and make real, positive changes in their lives.
Wendy has also had over 7 years industry experience where she mentored and trained many young people entering the workforce for the very first time and has also been awarded 4 Queensland Government citations for her commitment, dedication and delivery of excellence.
Wendy founded Advanced Results from a need that she identified as a teacher and as a parent, that is, a service that targets all aspects of a child’s educational journey in a fun and safe environment.
