Description
I am a patient, caring, and dedicated special needs teacher's aide who is focused on supporting my students to gain confidence in their abilities and achieve their personal best. I specialise in reading, spelling, literacy and numeracy skills. I enjoy tutoring students from preschool age to year 6, and also high school students in English, Science and Maths to year 10.
I look at students as a whole and break down their areas of concern, enabling them to learn the strategies they need to meet their educational goals. I have worked in schools from kindergarten to year 12 as a teacher's aide, and I enjoy being able to help students understand the content in a different way than they know.
I am pursuing a Bachelor of Primary Education with Special Needs and Inclusivity at the University of New England.
